What it looks like
The P.E.K.K.A is an Epic card that is unlocked from the P.E.K.K.A's Playhouse (Arena 6). It spawns a slow, single-target, ground-targeting, melee, ground troop with very high hitpoints and extremely high damage. She appears as a robot-looking troop larger than the Mini P.E.K.K.A. wearing a heavy dark steel blue armor, has team-colored horns and eyes, and wields a large metal sword. A P.E.K.K.A card costs 7 Elixir to deploy.
Trivia
- P.E.K.K.A's name derives from the Finnish name for "Peter", which in turn comes from the Greek name "Petros", meaning stone.
- The acronym for P.E.K.K.A didn’t officially stand for anything in particular originally. Supercell held a Facebook contest on 22 August 2012 to see who could come up with the best written-out name for P.E.K.K.A as judged by the number of likes the comment received. The name "Perfectly Enraged Knight Killer of Assassins" was the winner. The person who submitted the acronym was called Víctor in the Facebook announcement.
- The P.E.K.K.A is 1 of 19 troops which first existed in Clash of Clans, the others being Minions, Archers, Goblins, Skeletons, Barbarians, Giant, Valkyrie, Wizard, Hog Rider, Witch, Balloon, Golem, Wall Breakers, Bowler, Cannon Cart, Phoenix, Lava Hound, and the Archer Queen. The P.E.K.K.A resembles the Level 1 P.E.K.K.A from Clash of Clans. Her Star Level 2 skin grants her a second sword similar to the Level 4 P.E.K.K.A in Clash of Clans. However, the P.E.K.K.A in Clash Royale will never attack with the other sword or both swords, while the P.E.K.K.A in Clash of Clans will swing both. Like in Clash of Clans, when P.E.K.K.A hits an enemy, a heavy slashing sound effect and a faint, low-pitched laugh plays. In Clash of Clans, the P.E.K.K.A's movement speed is moderate whereas in Clash Royale, her movement speed is low.
- The P.E.K.K.A is one of the first troop cards to be featured in a Trainer's deck, alongside the Minions, Archers, Knight, Spear Goblins, Goblins, Bomber, Skeletons, Barbarians, Minion Horde, Mini P.E.K.K.A, Musketeer, Giant, Valkyrie, Wizard, Hog Rider, Baby Dragon, Skeleton Army, Witch, Prince, and Balloon.
- The P.E.K.K.A is one of the first troop cards to receive a card render, alongside the Archers, Knight, Goblins, Bomber, Skeletons, Barbarians, Bats, Royal Recruits, Skeleton Barrel, Rascals, Musketeer, Giant, Valkyrie, Wizard, Flying Machine, Hog Rider, Royal Hogs, Dart Goblin, Zappies, Elixir Golem, Baby Dragon, Skeleton Army, Witch, Prince, Balloon, Giant Skeleton, Goblin Giant, Hunter, Electro Dragon, Wall Breakers, Bowler, Cannon Cart, Mega Knight, Ram Rider, Miner, Royal Ghost, Ice Wizard, Magic Archer, Bandit, Lava Hound, Night Witch, and Fisherman.
- The P.E.K.K.A is 1 of 10 troops that has been featured under the Special Delivery ruler ability, the others being Knight, Skeleton Barrel, Mini P.E.K.K.A, Musketeer, Wizard, Giant Skeleton, Golem, Sparky, and Royal Ghost.
- The P.E.K.K.A is 1 of 23 cards that has had its Elixir cost changed, the others being Bomber, Fire Spirit, Royal Recruits, Cannon, Mortar, Musketeer, Three Musketeers, Heal, Goblin Hut, Bomb Tower, Barbarian Hut, Furnace, Elixir Collector, Skeleton Army, Wall Breakers, Electro Giant, Bowler, Goblin Barrel, Barbarian Barrel, Rage, Fisherman, and the Monk. The P.E.K.K.A, the Cannon, and the Mortar were the first cards whose Elixir cost was changed since the February 2016 Update.
- The P.E.K.K.A is 1 of 3 troops that has had its Melee range classification changed, the others being Mini P.E.K.K.A and Giant. The P.E.K.K.A is the first troop whose Melee range classification was changed since the 5/8/2019 balance changes.
- The P.E.K.K.A is 1 of 15 troops which bring an excited reaction from the audience upon spawning and brings a collective groan from the audience when defeated, as well as a concerning gasp when the opponent plays her, the others include Royal Giant, Giant, Giant Skeleton, Rune Giant, Goblin Giant, Golem, Bowler, Electro Wizard, Inferno Dragon, Sparky, Lava Hound, Night Witch, Super Lava Hound, and the Monk.
- The P.E.K.K.A's gender has been confirmed as female, as one of the Loading Screen Hints in Clash of Clans states, "The armor on P.E.K.K.A is so heavy that Spring Traps don't affect her", and also several videos from the official YouTube. In Clash Royale, the P.E.K.K.A. Protector decoration's description says "No one messes with her butterfly". However, in the Arabic, Persian, and Finnish language setting of the game, the P.E.K.K.A is referred to as male, according to her card description.
- According to a Clash-A-Rama comic strip, the Mini P.E.K.K.A is the P.E.K.K.A's child.
- There is a Loading Screen Hint that says: "P.E.K.K.A: No one knows what's behind that mask. Maybe even another mask.". This is a reference to the anime Naruto, specifically the episode called: "Gotta See! Gotta Know! Kakashi-Sensei's True Face!"
