What it looks like

The Valkyrie is a Rare card that is unlocked from the Bone Pit (Arena 2). It spawns an area-damage, ground-targeting, melee, ground troop with high hitpoints and high damage. The Valkyrie attacks by spinning with her axe, damaging all the ground troops surrounding her in a 360° area of effect. She resembles a woman who bears orange hair and eyebrows, have blue eyes, wields a double-sided axe, wears a team-colored suit, wristbands and boots, and attacks with a powerful whirl of her axe. A Valkyrie card costs 4 Elixir to deploy.

Trivia

• In Norse mythology, valkyries collect spirits of the dead to take to Valhalla, one of the Norse afterlives. Most depictions show them riding on horseback or may have wings, however, in Clash Royale, they do not ride horses or fly and instead travel on foot.
• The Valkyrie is 1 of 19 troops which first existed in Clash of Clans, the others being Minions, Archers, Goblins, Skeletons, Barbarians, Giant, Wizard, Hog Rider, Witch, P.E.K.K.A., Balloon, Golem, Wall Breakers, Bowler, Cannon Cart, Phoenix, Lava Hound, and the Archer Queen. The Valkyrie resembles the Level 5 Valkyrie from Clash of Clans. Before 7/6/2021, the Valkyrie's card render was taken from her Clash of Clans counterpart's render. The sound effects of the Valkyrie in Clash of Clans were taken from her Clash Royale counterpart. In Clash of Clans, Valkyrie's movement speed is high whereas in Clash Royale, her movement speed is moderate.
• The Valkyrie is tied with Fisherman for the highest first attack speed of all troops, with a first attack speed of 0.1 seconds.
• The Valkyrie is one of the first troop cards to be featured in a Trainer's deck, alongside the Minions, Archers, Knight, Spear Goblins, Goblins, Bomber, Skeletons, Barbarians, Minion Horde, Mini P.E.K.K.A, Musketeer, Giant, Wizard, Hog Rider, Baby Dragon, Skeleton Army, Witch, P.E.K.K.A, Prince, and Balloon.
